[clug] [OT] Refilling 9kg gas bottle

Anyone know where I can get my gas bottle (for my BBQ) refilled,
rather than swapping it at a servo?  I only bought the bottle last
year, so I don't really see the need for paying a premium so that I
can get a bottle (which might be smaller) that someone's used before.
