[clug] Beginner CLUG [WAS: Re: The harsh realities of CLUG]

People need a reason to volunteer.  People need some sort of reward.  Even
when contributing to FOSS projects you get some reward.  Converting Joe User
to Linux after giving 6 two hour lessons isn't exactly rewarding.

Whether it be financial or otherwise some sort of reward for effort would
help.  If someone said to me, we'll give you two hobbyist tix to Conf in
2011 if you help out with this course we are trying to run, I'd be keen.
