I used them a few years ago for a few years and I wasn't happy. 2 main
problems:

* My reseller made a mistake in the registration details of an
id.au domain and then stopped being a reseller. Namescout sent me
(apparently automated) messages saying that the registrant details did
not match the domain name... but it took many attempts to get them
to fix the details... and in the interim they sent me more messages
  telling me of the problem.

* Getting domains transferred away from them was sometimes near
impossible. Their phone number looks vaguely Australian on first
glance but is actually in Barbados. Their postal address at the time
was a PO Box in Dickson. They claimed not to have got letters that
we sent. We really wanted to send them registered mail so we would
have proof of receipt... but you can't send registered mail to a PO
  Box.

Things might have changed for the better...

I have had much better dealings with Enetica.

peace & happiness,
martin
