Despite appearances, this is a list for the Canberra Linux Users Group.  We
help people with a whole bunch of problems, not just SaMBa, but your question
may take some time as it's not specifically SaMBa focussed.

I'm fairly sure SaMBa supports LDAP authentication but I've never set it up.
But I've never done it, so I can't be much more use than that :-)
