Then all you need is a USB ADSL2+ modem.

The Alix 1 XL[1] can be shipped with an ADSL2+ PCI card, box is rated at 5W. Configured with the Viking ADSL2+ modem and no rail clips, the price comes to $955 + $16 shipping.
