FWIW Guild Wars works on linux with wine very well with no installation 
fuss. I've tested this extensively myself. :)
Distro change suggestions might be considered by the distro themselves 
on the particular distro mailing list? Many of us here might have a 
particular distro in mind that we'd like to suggest goes and does 
something or other but this might not be so helpful to suggest here, on 
in my own case, at all.
