It's just two temps in and one pump motor (on/off) out, right?

Take it apart and see if it's got a serial debug header, or pads, on the board?

Take it apart and attach probe wires to the input/output micro lines,
and then run them into a microcontroller of some kind. Hope it all
fits back into the case to stay waterproof? :)

Take it apart, remove existing micro, replace with your own custom
awesomeness? :D.
