[clug] Using speedier public DNS for Internet browsing? [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

At home I maiintain my own caching DNS. I've noticed most ISPs have
pretty ordinary DNS performance and (asides from all the other handy
features) setting up a better performing DNS is worth the effort.

I would probably just knock up a shell script to test some DNS options
than installing a tool.
