As I said, that was the case a fair while ago (circa may 2006), I don't 
know if it's changed or is still the case, but a 'dig +trace' on my 3 
registered NS shows that ausregistry is the primary for them now, and 
not Melbourne IT, , so a quick call to Netregistry as a pre-sales 
enquiry will probably be better than believing the Registry Landscape 
hasn't changed in ~4 years (cynical? me? never!)
