Yeah I use laptop style keyboards as well.  I like the short key
travel distance and the clicky tactile response, and since I
frequently use a laptop, I find it easier to train for one style of
keyboard only, rather than continually having to switch between the
laptop and a conventional "desktop" style keyboard with gigantic keys.
