Agreed. Relevant job openeings are valuable for sender and recipient.

Some time ago there was some really good guidelines on how to advertise.
Trouble is that without a FAQ, terms of use or something else, people
wanting to post job ads aren't going to know about them when they post.

No point getting cross with people who are going to unaware of un-stated
social rules.

Which is to say, I now think a gentle message such as, "We would
appreciate you tagging your message appropriately" is *far* better than
anything which could be reasonably construed as aggressive/unwelcoming.
