Huh, how does the bus from Auckland to Wellington take 6 hours?

I have driven from Wellington to Rotarua and the reverse trip many times and
that was a 6 hour trip.

Bus trip I have done from Rotarua to Wellingtono was significantly longer. I
know distance wise it is not far but they do not have a straight dual lane
highway there for the trip.

The ferry ride accross from the "Suth Uslnd" is good though.

ten hours of driving, will make your mind, kind of numb
but it's better than, ten dollars an hour, slamming a hammer on my thumb,
