I'm interested too, and I'm happy to locate some of my gear there for others
to use (since I don't have a suitable workshop at home):

130A Stick welder
40W Laser engraver
Desktop CNC mill
Tile cutter
Drill Press
+various other small bits and pieces

To go forward on Hackerspace, we'd need a lot more though, most importantly,
a workarea.

Lets take the discussion to the forums, as Adam has already made moves over
there (and it will reduce the noise on the CLUG list).
