Modulo James' comment on getting one,
this page with a block diagram is on their site:

It's definitely ethernet (gigabit even).
The block diag says "AC/DC Universal PS module"...
Which you'd hope would mean '110-220V auto ranging' :-(

Not sure about the AC plug - it's on the diag as separate, but doesn't
look removable in the pix. Pliers are known to work, but not nice.

This PDF says 'package contents':
"SheevaPlug, USB cable, ethernet cable, CD containing software and
documentation."
