A Canberra organisation is considering setting up a webcam service
whereby registered users could log on, with some security, and view the
camcast.

No, it's not porn.

They're looking for people/organisations that could set up and host that
service for them. The cams would need to be on their premises, but the
server wouldn't necessarily. They don't have any technical expertise
themselves and are looking for someone to set it up and manage it for
them.

I'd be grateful for any advice/ideas.
