[clug] tracking assignment of ip addresses

What tools are available for tracking the assignment of IP subnets? I've 
got a large number of discontiuous blocks of IP addresses  (mostly class 
Cs) which are cut up into subnets and assigned. Ideally, I'm after a 
multi-user web app that can modified to integrate with the existing 
systems. What are people using or are willing to recommend to help keep 
this running smoothly?
