[clug] usage report - Huawei E169

I have both an Optus and a Three usb stick, they look similar but are in 
fact different models however both work with ubuntu 8.04 and umtsmon 0.9 
(more or less, they don't work perfectly but I suspect I am using old 
versions of things on my laptop).
