Yes, this has an antenna cable leading to an external antenna.

I have no recommendation for a specific card, and I don't know what a
Fit PC is, but one (perhaps obvious) thing to check is whether or not
your device has any kind of antenna leading in to the mini-PCI slot.
Without that, coverage will be very ordinary :-)
