Sometimes this list produces real gems on a topic.
Without having looked at the links, this looks like one to me.
[I regard bradh as a 'high quality' source & trust his summaries]

Question:
 How can we preserve the 'gems'?
  i.e. make them trivially accessible, not buried in the google forest.

FAQ's aren't the thing.
