 From memory auspost.com.au has/had postcode data on their website. Very 
basic spreadsheet, not GIS data.

Actual took a quick look and found 
http://www1.auspost.com.au/postcodes/index.asp?sub=2

You'll have to cross reference it to something else to get something 
plotable.
