[clug] skype hdmi error

I cannot get Skype to work with pulseaudio. Skype itself runs fine but I
can't get any audio working. Pulseaudio is running by default in Ubuntu
8.10 and if I need to use skype I simply "killall pulseaudio" then start it
up and I'm away. The pulseaudio issue and skype is documented elsewhere on
the web. Not sure if this is related to your issue.

Thanks

Grant
