[clug] [Off topic - Windows] Screen locking inhibitor

There was a program for the Mac called Jiggler which jiggled the mouse  
occasionally, preventing the screensaver launching.  I think someone  
has made a windows version.

Surely some programs like movie players do this using some kind of API?
