[clug] evince popping up in Ubuntu 8.10

Hi,

I edit LaTeX using gvim and have a shortcut to compile the source
using rubber [1]. Normally I just alt-tab to an evince window to view
the updated PDF, but in Ubuntu 8.10 as soon as the PDF changes the
evince window comes to the front (over gvim) and is unfocused. Not
very useful. Where do I change this behaviour??
