Hi John,

In addition I, and I'm sure that many other people on the list, would be happy
to burn a CD or DVD for you and drop it round to you if it's too big a chunk
to download.  We're also more than happy to help out installing and getting
things working, as long as you understand that we're doing it out of the
goodness of our heart rather than because we're paid to do it :-)

I think I've even got some old Ubuntu CDs lying around here from Software
Freedom Day, too...  Alternatively, I've got the latest Fedora 8 Live CDs and
install DVDs.
