Hey all,

My brother got stung by an on-line company (http://photonage.com.au) for
about $500 who took his money and never delivered the goods. So firstly,
a warning about that.

The company doesn't answer his phone calls, emails or letters. He left a
complaint with fair trade and they called the company, but the person
they got said they didn't know anything about it. So I'm trying to find
some information to track them down.

The website is registered through http://www.enetica.com.au and I can
get the business name (which doesn't exist on http://abr.gov.au anymore,
btw), contact name, etc details from a whois. There is a tech handle
listed as 1172380082 - I thought I could search this on aunic.net but
I'm not having much joy.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
