[clug] (MythTV) LIRC + TView99 card - IR problem (fwd)

Thanks to those who replied with suggestions.  Fortunately, I found I 
had lent out a Hauppauge PVR 350 (with IR and remote) which came back to 
me over the weekend; it, of course, "just worked".  You have to love it 
when that happens.

So my play time has now been filled with getting TV out to work on a new 
model Radeon (RV505 based).  I would've thought I'd learnt by now not to 
buy hardware in a pinch expecting it to work under Linux, without 
checking first...

I might have to try getting the TV out working from the PVR350 instead.
