Evening all,

I know this is a bit of a newbie question, but can some one hit me with the
clue bat - I accidentally replaced my KDE menu with what I thought was the
KDE control panel contents (screensaver, display etc) which had lost its
contents, and I'd really rather not rebuild it by hand. I have googled for a
clue as to which file in ~/.kde I should replace with a correct one from
another user on the system, but obviously my skills are obviously not up to
the task. While I'm at it, if someone could enlighten me concerning the
whereabouts of the KDE control panel config file (the usual contents were
sitting in my lost & found folder of the KDE menu), which started this mess,
I would be equally grateful.

Oh, it's KDE running on Debian testing, so it's 3.5 I think...

Thanks in advance

Rob...
