[clug] Move PSIG?

From my experiences with the PCUG Linux Lerner SIG and our Python SIG, I could 
of two alternatives:

 - Selecting one of the Social Clubs in the City, or one around one of the 
other bus HUBs could give us more decent food prices for a small yearly 
membership fee.

 - When food is mot a prerequisite, an office/training room from  a Canberra 
business could be a possible option.
