If you read the actual case study that cites that Windows is better than
Linux you find that the problem wasn't performance, functionality or
even really economy.  It appears in a largely Microsoft shop they
couldn't find/retain staff with Linux skills to maintain their sole
Linux-based application.

It is a very slickly written piece of marketing FUD but does come across
as clearly intellectually dishonest to the astute reader.  A lot of
inappropriate connections made between disparate factoids.
