I use VLC. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
You may need to copy the file URL from Mozilla to VLC to start
streaming the file if there's no Moz -> VLC integration going on, but
that's none too onerous.
VLC is packaged for most Linux distributions so it's probably just an
apt-get or rpm away if you don't have it already. There are even
Windows binaries if you're that way inclined.
