OTOH, user agent switching is a great way for their server stats to
show that everyone is using IE and Firefox usage is declining anyhow.

So I'd prefer it if people made noise about crummy design (but be polite
about it, chances are the people taking your email/call are not responsible
for resourcing things like proper W3C compliance).
