If you're a SAGE-AU member then SAGE-AU offers free DNS secondary services.  For
those who aren't members, you can find out more about SAGE-AU (System
Administrations Guide of Australia) at http://www.sage-au.org.au/joining.html

Paying the membership fee of $99.00 a year for DNS secondarying is probably a
bit steep, however hopefully the membership would provide you with more benefit
than just that.  ;)
