With RedHat the "neat" utility (graphical python) allows you to bind interfaces to mac
address:

	1. Select Interface
	2. Edit
	3. Select "Hardware Device" tab
	4. Tick "Bind to MAC address"
	5. ...
	6. Profit!

You will see the MAC address in the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ethX file.
