There's usually a bit more to it than that in the real world, such as
managing the known_hosts file, configuring the server and clients
appropriately, how the host keys and user keys work, authorized_keys,
agent forwarding, X11 forwarding, other socket fowarding, the trust
issues involved with all these different forwarded connections, etc...

Result number two on Google for "ssh tutorial" looks good. Result number
one completely skips the installation and configuration bits, which for
an administrator are kinda important.
