[clug] table/tablespace growth prediction tools

By saying predict, I mean draw a graph of growth based on past data.
Then I want to extend that graph into the future showing that at some
point shortly (provided the rate of growth continues) I will run out of
disk. I then want to present said graph further up requesting disk.

I was originally hoping there already exists a tool that will extend the
graph into the future for me, but judging by people comments so far it
looks like I will have to code that part myself :)
