[clug] transcoding MythTV files to divx or DVD size

solved..
some bad frames was causing the transcode utilities to bomb out or stop at the problem frame..
solution: I used the MythTV cutlist to stepover that section and mythtranscode cut bits
out and successfully completed.
ie I cut out the prefix which had the bad frames thankfully it was the bit I didn't need.
