Hi Randall,

At LCA before last, I attened a presentation that was less than
flattering about phpBB's security track record:

Forums (as something that lets strangers put things on your server) seem
to be tricky to get secure; DIY research before sticking one on your server.

phpBB is one I have used before. relatively easy to set up. but does require MySQL to work.
