For all interested I have a Dell PowerEdge 2650 server for sale.  The specifications of the server are as follows:
* Dell Poweredge Dual Xeon 2.4GHz (533MHz FSB)
* 4GB DDR RAM
* 2 x 10k 36GB (Quantum), 2 x 10k 74GB (near new Seagates)  SCSI Ultra 320 HDDs (none reporting bad sectors)
* Onboard VGA 
* CDROM drive 
* 1.44 Floppy drive
* 2 x 10/100/1000 nics, 1 x 10/100 console nic
 
I also have the following accessories: 
* brand new unopened rapid rail kit,
* 2 x scsi drive caddies

Server is in excellent condition with no scratches or dents.  Reason for sale is that the unit is fairly noisy and am replacing it with more quieter Dell SC430's.  The server was used to run VMWare ESX and various Linux virtual guests.
