[clug] Debian Woody log rotation error

I have been receiving he following error for the past couple of  
mornings:

   /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
   error running shared postrotate script for /var/log/apache/*.log
   run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

Can anybody give me any clues about what I should do the correct the  
problem please?  The files in /var/log/apache look OK to me but maybe  
the problem is with the scripts themselves.
