[clug] ato gets with it (nearly)

The ato has started a business portal for lodging various statements, online
inquiries etc.

The good news is they are using java applets and a java webstart
applications that will run on linux. hooray.

but when i download the package, sigh..

After some edits it runs and complains "no such file" upstream - did anyone
get this working on linux yet?
