ex-GST pricing is acceptable if your target audience is businesses. 
Since most people doing a commercial Linux course of this type would 
either be in a business or consultancy, it seems to me to be fair to 
advertise ex-GST. But I'm not a tax laywer, so my opinion probably 
doesn't count for much.
