Well, thanks for the answers, we will give the 466 celeron with a 
pair of rtl 8139s a try.

By fast we want to keep it at around 100Mb.

I was intending to give smoothwall a go.

I tried it at home and it worked easily. Though I have not got the 
route command worked out to stream TRANSACT tv yet.
