[clug] Mailing list terms of use

Before we get another flame-war, I'd just like to point out that
I went looking for the terms of use for the mailing list (to post
here for everyone's edification) and wasn't able to find it
anywhere obvious on the CLUG home page, or on the mailman page.

I request that the agreed terms of use are located near obvious
discovery points (such as the CLUG page and the mailman page), because
there's no point in flaming people when they are probably genuinely
unware that such terms exist.

I am sorry that you feel this way, but this is a requirement on my job.
Highly skilled individuals like you are hard to find and sometimes user groups like this one are the 
only way we know to find you. I am not here to waste anyone's time least of all yours.
We are more than happy to disclose information with regards to charge rates etc, and are more than happy to explain what taxes, insurances etc they cover.

As an IT contractor with 14 years of experience in Canberra, I find this
behaviour by Frontier fairly typical. They are the classic pimp
merchants with markups on the hourly rate of 17% to 25% for doing SFA.
If anyone considers this role I would advise you to ensure that they
tell you what the sell rate to the client is before signing anything.

For Joanna; posting here was probably mistake. If I were you I would
apologise to this group for wasting their time.
