[clug] rss readers ?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a good RSS reader. I'm looking for a nice gnome applet
able to subscribe to a number of sites and lunch my favourite browser...

Ideally I'd like to have something similar also for windows and MacOsX.

Suggestions anyone ? There are a number of applications out there but I
don't have much time to try them all...
