Possibly not.
Maybe.

It just so happens that I'm in a similar boat to you right now, so we're
possibly even looking at the same jobs. :-)

There are things that I would change about your resume, but bear in mind that
it's *your* resume, so my suggestions may not be entirely appropriate for
you.

1. Move your online resume to a more 'serious' sounding URL. 'qvack_82' may
not amuse some potential employers.

2. Put your email address on the page.

3. If you're after IT work, ditch the Industrial Kitchen stuff.

4. Ditch the 'know some of,' the 'familiar with,' and the 'use of.'

5. Try to mention examples: e.g. Where have you worked as part of a team? Was
it successful? What did you add that made it successful?

6. Have you ever done any IT work anywhere for anyone, even if unpaid? Mention
it.

I can't claim that my own resume is a paragon of virtue, and I definitely see
it as a work in progress, but feel free to check it out for comparison
purposes at http://www.michaelcarden.net/resume/index.php

Now, Murphy's Law dictates that you will immediately rush out and secure a
highly paid job on the strength of my advice while I struggle on endlessly.
Should that happen, my fee is 15% of your net. :-)

Cheers,
MC
