Indeed. His approach to customer service borders on the obsessive.

Well, here I can't really comment. I just host a few personal bits and a
photo gallery to share things with my family and friends. The fastest
connection I use to look at it is 56k so I have no yardstick of my own. On
occasions when I share photos and tell a mailing list of ~250 people, I
haven't had anyone moan about slow downloads. Maybe they're too polite. :-)
