That plus the docs that come with the install - there should be 
"HOWTO"s, maybe you have to install a package (can anyone name it for 
redhat?).

When you install RPM packages under redhat 7.3/8, they traditionally come
with their own doco/FAQ which is located in 

/usr/share/doc/package_name.version

Depending on the package, in my experience, you can usually find easy to
follow step-by-step instructions there in one of the files.
