um, what actually is says is
"As a result of this evidence and in conjunction with a ruling made by the 
Judge the suspect pleaded guilty to charges of making indecent photographs of 
children."

so it seems it was not decided on the evidence!

how is a computer different from a rubbish bin outside in the street? finding 
something there means nothing at all, with respect etc
