making a dial up connection

Hi everyone
Thanks to people who gave me the command for the
username and the password.I have another problem for
making a dial up connection.
I know how to make a dial up connection but there is a
problem.Australia is not listed in the countries for
making a connection.I don't know what to do.There are
just  four countries listed.Does anyone know how can I
add some other countries?
By the way I want to connect to TPG(ISP).
