Unit testing

I've got some vanilla C code, and I'm currently running home-brew unit tests 
(see attached) to validate them. 
I've looked over sourceforge, and haven't really found anything that is:
1. for C
and
2. has decent support (measured by some documentation).

Anyone got experience with anything that can speed up the test development?
